The ECM system is the tool to ensure continuous training aimed at improving clinical, technical and managerial skills and skills and to support the behaviour of healthcare professionals, with the aim of ensuring effectiveness, appropriateness, safety and efficiency to the assistance provided by the National Health Service for citizens.
Accreditation is based on a system of minimum requirements considered essential for carrying out training activities (ECMs).
