This Ethical Code aims to provide a reference and behavioral guide for all Eureka InfoMed staff, clearly defining the rules, principles and values that the Company recognizes, accepts and shares.

This Ethical Code is an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model provided by D. Lgs. 231/01 adopted by Eureka InfoMed.

All those who in various capacities and with different responsibilities constitute or collaborate with Eureka InfoMed are recipients of this Ethical Code:

Eureka InfoMed requires its staff and all recipients to know in all its parts and to respect the principles of the Ethical Code and below the responsibilities personally and by the Company towards its Customers. As a result, the Company is responsible for providing and discreating the Ethical Code to all recipients.

Eureka InfoMed vetoes and reserves the right to take actions that contravene conduct contrary to those stated in this Ethical Code and not in line with current legislation.

To facilitate the viewing of the Ethical Code by recipients and customers, the Organization publishes this document on the company’s website.

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Eureka InfoMed:

  1. It acts in accordance with the current legislation.
  2. It acts in accordance with the principles of freedom, the dignity of the human person, and respect for diversity.
  3. It repudiates any discrimination based on sex, races, languages, personal and social conditions, political orientation and religious belief. It enhances and protects its staff.
  4. It contributes to the well-being and professional growth of staff and employees.
  5. It promotes ethical behavior of its staff, does not justify behavior that contrasts with those stated in the Ethical Code and is committed to ensuring that ethical principles and applicable laws are respected.
  6. Consider compliance with the rules of the Ethical Code as an integral part of the contractual obligations of your staff and the recipients of the Ethical Code;
  7. It ensures the confidentiality of confidential information provided to you by customers and respect for the privacy of customers and their staff, according to current regulations.
  8. It promotes excellence and competitiveness in the market by offering its customers quality consulting services.
  9. It acts according to diligence, honesty, fairness and loyalty, which have always qualified the work and behavior of the company.
  10. It acts to ensure that all accounting transactions and/or transactions are legitimate, authorized, consistent, congruous, documented, and each transaction is supported by appropriate documentation, aimed at the possibility of carrying out checks.
  11. It rejects any conduct intended to alter the clarity, correctness and veracity of the data and information contained in the budgets or other social communications provided by law.

Confidential information, such as intellectual property, trademarks, patents, copyrights, business schedules, business projects, databases, minutes, customer or supplier data, etc., to which staff have access for work purposes, must be used only for the purposes of the activity to be carried out, in accordance with existing legislation and existing contracts.

The organization condemns the unauthorized use or distribution of such information and data.

Eureka InfoMed promotes and provides its services in accordance with the law and transparency in every area of its business. It therefore rejects any form of disturbance to the free market, unlawful competition, fraud, counterfeiting or usurpation of industrial-owned securities.

Eureka InfoMed is committed to ensuring that its IT instrumentation is used in full compliance with applicable laws and specific internal procedures. Therefore, staff are not allowed to misuse IT tools, which can harm the company, its customers and all those who in various ways and with different responsibilities constitute or collaborate with Eureka InfoMed.
