This Code of Ethics defines the principles, values, and rules of conduct that Eureka Infomed recognizes, accepts, and shares, and constitutes an integral part of the Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. It is addressed to all those acting on behalf of the company, in any capacity or with any level of responsibility, including:
- Internal staff
- External collaborators
- Suppliers
Eureka Infomed requires all recipients to be familiar with and comply with the principles set out in this Code of Ethics, undertaking to disseminate and make it available to all concerned parties. Any conduct contrary to this Code and to applicable regulations may result in actions being taken by the organization.
